I am Jibon Ibn Habib, a Legal Associate at Amar Odhikar Law Firm, with professional experience in legal research, case analysis, and strategic legal support. My work primarily focuses on International Law, Human Trafficking and Victim Protection, Competition (Antitrust) Law, Aviation Law, Labor and Employment Law, and criminal justice–related issues. 

I have conducted extensive legal research on cross-border disputes, victim-centered human trafficking cases, competition law investigations and compliance frameworks, aviation regulatory and policy matters, and labor and employment disputes. In my role, I regularly assist in case preparation, legal drafting, formulating legal opinions, policy and regulatory analysis, and strategic documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and practical applicability. 

I hold an LL.B. from East West University, an LL.M. from the University of Asia Pacific, and a specialized LL.M. in Aviation and Aerospace Law from the Aviation and Aerospace University of Bangladesh, which strengthens my multidisciplinary approach to complex legal and regulatory challenges.
