I am K. Mollika Sarker, an Advocate of the Bangladesh Bar, enrolled since 2014, with extensive experience in litigation and legal advisory services in Bangladesh. I regularly represent clients before courts and tribunals, providing practical and effective legal solutions in both routine and complex matters with professionalism, diligence, and integrity.

My areas of practice include criminal law, family law, and human rights–related matters. I advise and represent clients in family disputes involving divorce, maintenance and dower, child custody and guardianship, restitution of conjugal rights, and cases arising from domestic violence and abuse against women. I handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and a client-focused approach.

In criminal litigation, I have hands-on experience dealing with serious offences, including cases related to violence, sexual offences, abduction, dowry-related crimes, and abetment to suicide. I am also actively involved in cases concerning trafficking in persons and human smuggling, where I assist throughout the legal process from investigation and trial to post-conviction proceedings while prioritizing the protection of victims’ rights and due process.

I provide legal opinions, case analysis, and procedural advice to clients, ensuring clarity, sound legal strategy, and protection of their legal interests at every stage of proceedings. I am committed to ethical legal practice, thorough case preparation, and facilitating access to justice, particularly for women, children, and other vulnerable individuals.

I hold both an LL.B. and an LL.M. from the University of Rajshahi. I practice primarily in Dhaka and provide legal services in English and Bengali.
